A women only boot camp will return to North Hills High School for its second year. This program is designed to push your limits and get results regardless of your age, gender, or fitness level.
Class meets 2x / week from October through December and is on a first come first serve basis. Register now to hold your spot.
- Classes held on Tuesdays, Thursdays, Saturdays
- In the gym or weight room at N. Hills High School
- 6:00pm – 7:00pm T/T 11-12am Sat.
- Bring water, a mat and 10lbs weights (guys); 5lb weights (ladies)
What’s boot camp like?
This is not a scream in your face boot camp but rather a commitment to yourself, a commitment to lose weight, avoid the holiday gain, or jump start your new year’s resolution. Whatever your goals are you will never get bored because we never do the same workout twice. You will work, have fun, and probably make some friends. Most importantly you will decrease body fat, lose inches, improve strength and endurance, and get the results you’ve been looking for. In a typical session you will burn over 500 calories.
Already in demand this program is on a first come first serve basis. That means the first 20 people who register and pay will have a spot until they decide to quit. If you do not make the 1st 20 person class your name will be put on a waiting list and you will be contacted as soon as a spot opens up. Check your calendars, here are the dates:

- Saturday Sessions $120
