The Quest for Success Program is presented by the Will Allen Foundation to North Hills students in their 9th grade year. Students must attend an informational session and go through the application progess which includes an essay.
The foundation chooses 10-15 students who in turn make a four year commitment to the program. Will Allen of the Pittsburgh Steelers is personally involved in the program, having been inspoired to impact the community in which he lives. North Hills Graduate Alexis Maddox is the liason for the Will Allen Foundation and North Hills.
Program objectives include preparing students for college and or job opportunities, who helping students develeop character and integrity.
Quest also solicits the knowledge of local businessmen and women, s well as key local organizations to share their expertise.
Students meet twice a month during the course of the year.
